Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Daily Funds mobile application ("the App") operated by Daily Funds ("we", "us", or "our").
By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Daily Funds is a personal finance management app available on iOS. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to:
Daily Funds offers optional paid features ("Daily Funds Pro") through in-app purchases processed by Apple via the App Store. Prices are displayed in the App before purchase.
Subscription billing: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
Refunds: All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be directed to Apple through their standard refund process.
We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Changes will not affect existing subscription periods already paid for.
Daily Funds offers optional cloud synchronization ("Sync") allowing you to share a budget with other users. By enabling Sync, you agree that:
By default, all your financial data (budgets, accounts, transactions, categories) is stored locally on your device and never leaves it.
If you enable optional features such as cloud sync, your data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy. You retain full ownership of your data at all times.
The App, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is owned by Daily Funds and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or intellectual property.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that financial calculations will be accurate for tax or accounting purposes. Daily Funds is a personal tracking tool, not a financial advisory service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Daily Funds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including any loss of data.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Local data on your device remains unaffected.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via an in-app notice or by updating the "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer operates.
