Agreement to Terms
By downloading or using Vorbi, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Vorbi app for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple-branded devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
Free and Premium Content
- Lessons 1–3 and selected phrase categories are available free of charge.
- Full access to all lessons and phrase categories requires a one-time in-app purchase ("Full Access").
- Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's payment terms.
- Purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policy.
Intellectual Property
All content within Vorbi — including lesson text, exercises, phrases, translations, graphics, and design — is owned by or licensed to Vorbi. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content in the app without explicit written permission.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to extract, scrape, or systematically copy app content.
- Interfere with the security or functionality of the app.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the educational content is complete or suitable for any specific purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
